Senior Project Manager
Randall Moreland, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C, has brought his passion for creative, sustainable design from South Florida to the Mid-Atlantic region to join R. McGhee & Associates. His 20 years of experience has consisted of a broad range of building types including single and multifamily residential, high-rise mixed use, office, retail, hospitality, healthcare, educational, financial, transportation, aviation, and industrial. Having owned his own boutique design firm, Mr. Moreland was responsible for, among other eco-friendly projects, the design and construction of the first LEED Platinum certified single family home in the city of Miami, which achieved net-positive electrical production on an annual basis for 5 years running. Outside of the office Mr. Moreland enjoys reading, hiking, camping, traveling, running, and bicycle riding with his family, and previously achieved a triathlete top 100 age group ranking in the state of Florida.
