R. McGhee & Associates undertakes each project with a careful selection of consultant team members. Similar to the LEED design process we begin with a charette kick-off bringing together the client, consultants and architects in a collaborative effort to highlight regulatory issues, budgetary concerns, schedules and creative ideas. We have learned from this type of inclusive process that more ideas are brought forth and solutions are uncovered with the client’s goals and objectives at the center of our focus.

While we aim for design excellence in our projects we, strive for the client’s trust that their goals are being met. We believe that communication with our clients and consultants are critical elements to successful architectural projects.

R. McGhee & Associates has developed many alliances with consulting groups and firms who share our goals and common interest of providing quality design and technical services to our clients, including developing green buildings either through new construction or the adaptive reuse of existing structures.
