The proposed concept merges adaptive reuse and sensitive new development for the Armed Forces Retirement Home - the oldest veteran’s retirement home in America. Building on the general character of the site and surrounding parcels, RMc supported the development team with the National Environmental Policy Act and Section 106 reviews.
