Yasmina is a results-driven leader with more than 17 years of experience in the architecture and engineering industry, specializing in business development, operational efficiency and project management. Experienced in the public, private and non-profit sectors, Yasmina is adept at navigating both client and consultant roles. Her project management responsibilities at RMc include staff allocation, budgeting, cost estimating and scheduling to ensure seamless execution and optimal results. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
