Tynesia "Ty" has spent over 24 years proving that great design isn’t just about aesthetics —it’s about strategy, smart choices and having fun along the way. As an interior designer at and creative at RMc, she has mastered the art of educating clients so they can confidently make decisions that align with their budget, lifestyle and business needs while keeping an eye on long-term goals. Ty believes that great design should not only be beautiful but also deeply functional and tailored to the unique needs of each client. She takes pride in making the design process easy to understand, helping every client feel confident and excited about their space.

Her diverse portfolio spans from niche D.C. restaurants and university spaces to high-profile government offices and polished residential interiors. Along the way, her award-winning work on model homes for some of the nation’s top builders has solidified her reputation for making spaces feel effortlessly sophisticated. When she’s not transforming interiors, Tynesia channels her energy into fitness, entertaining and globe-trotting. One of her favorite travel souvenirs? Her rescue dog, Siakara, who found her during an adventure in Cuba—and never looked back.
